Ruijie Liu

Ruijie Liu is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Center for Mental Health and Addiction Policy at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.

She is a health policy researcher studying how health and social policies shape health care access, care delivery, and health outcomes. Her work focuses on the behavioral, physical, and social needs of people with mental health conditions and substance use disorders. She uses large-scale administrative data and causal inference methods in her research.

Prior to joining Johns Hopkins, she received her PhD in Health Policy and Management (Economics Track) from the Yale School of Public Health.
